Is the AI t-shirt design lab free?+
Yes — browsing and dragging the canvas is fully free. Generating an AI graphic is also free up to 1 generation per day per signed-in user. You only pay if you place a print order.
What GSM is the default t-shirt printed on?+
All custom orders print on 240 GSM heavyweight cotton by default. You can upgrade to 280 or 400 GSM, or downgrade to 180 GSM mid-weight, on the Customize page.
Can I upload my own design instead of using AI?+
Absolutely. The UPLOAD ART button accepts PNG, JPG, WebP and SVG. We recommend a transparent PNG at 300 DPI for the cleanest print.
How long does delivery take for a custom-designed t-shirt?+
Custom orders ship in 7-10 working days pan-India. You get WhatsApp + email tracking updates at every stage.
