AFFILIATE T&C.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract in your jurisdiction.
• You must operate a lawful marketing channel (website, blog, social feed, newsletter, community, etc.) that you own or are authorised to promote on.
• You may not enrol on behalf of another person without written consent.
• INK LANE TEES reserves the right to reject or later remove any applicant without stating a reason.

• Default rate: 10% of the eligible order subtotal (before shipping, GST, wallet redemption, and any other discount).
• Per-product override: Individual SKUs may carry a different rate that supersedes the default. The rate applied is always the one displayed inside your affiliate dashboard at the time the order was placed.
• Currency: All commissions are calculated and paid in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹).
• Commissions are earned only on orders that are (a) paid in full and (b) not subsequently refunded, cancelled, or charged back within the review window (see clause 6).

• First-touch attribution. When a customer clicks your short link, we drop a first-party cookie named aff that lasts 30 days.
• If the same customer later applies your code manually at checkout, that also counts as attribution to you — even without the cookie.
• If more than one affiliate code appears on an order, the code that is explicitly entered at checkout takes priority; otherwise the cookie value wins.
• Cross-device attribution is not guaranteed. Cookies wiped, private browsing, and ad-blocker/anti-tracking browsers may prevent your click from being tracked. You accept these limitations as inherent to online affiliate marketing.

When your application is approved, we automatically mint a real coupon in the INK LANE TEES store using your affiliate code. This means:

• Any customer can enter your code at checkout and, at our discretion, receive a small storewide discount as an incentive to convert.
• You still earn the affiliate commission on those orders — the two mechanics are independent.
• You may not stack the same order with an alternate affiliate/employee/founder code to inflate commission.

• Pending → Approved. Commissions land in your dashboard as Pending the moment a paid order is recorded. They remain pending for a 15-day review window during which we verify the order isn't refunded, disputed, or fraudulent.
• Payout schedule. Approved balances are paid out monthly, in one batch, on or around the 10th of each following month.
• Minimum payout: ₹500. Balances below this roll forward.
• Payout method: Bank transfer (IMPS/NEFT) to the account details supplied in your dashboard, or UPI where you have provided a valid UPI ID.
• You are solely responsible for providing accurate payout details and for any taxes, TDS, GST, or other statutory deductions applicable to your commission income under Indian law. INK LANE TEES may withhold or deduct TDS where required.

• Share your code / short link on your own website, blog, YouTube channel, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Reddit (subject to subreddit rules), WhatsApp/Telegram broadcast channels you own, and email newsletters people opted into.
• Create genuine review, styling, unboxing, or comparison content featuring INK LANE TEES products.
• Use official INK LANE TEES product photography and pre-approved creatives from the /affiliate/creatives portal.

• Bid on branded keywords ("Ink Lane Tees", "inklanetees", or misspellings) on Google/Meta/Bing Ads.
• Run direct-response paid ads that lead straight to inklanetees.com — you must always land on your own owned property first, unless you have written approval.
• Spam, unsolicited bulk email, SMS blasts, purchased lists, forum-spam, cookie-stuffing, or any deceptive redirect scheme.
• Impersonate INK LANE TEES, our founders, employees, or run parody / lookalike accounts.
• Publish false, misleading, or inflammatory claims about our products, pricing, quality, sizing, or business.
• Publish or leverage private / obscene / defamatory / hateful / infringing content while promoting the code.
• Self-refer or refer via accounts you also control. Commissions on orders traced to such attempts will be reversed.
• Use trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material of INK LANE TEES in a way that is not covered by the pre-approved creatives.

• Any order that is refunded, cancelled, or charged back has its commission reversed. If the reversal happens after payout, the reversed amount is deducted from the next payout batch.
• Suspicious patterns (e.g. bulk orders that are all returned, self-purchases, coupon-stacking, cookie-stuffing) may cause an indefinite hold on your entire pending balance while we investigate.
• Where we conclude bad-faith activity, INK LANE TEES reserves the right to (i) forfeit any unpaid balance, (ii) terminate your enrolment, and (iii) pursue recovery of any commissions already paid.

• You must comply with all applicable laws — including India's Consumer Protection Act 2019, ASCI's Guidelines for Influencer Advertising, and platform-specific policies (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
• Every promotional post must be clearly labelled as an affiliate/paid partnership using conspicuous language such as "#ad", "#affiliate", or "paid partnership".
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all statements you publish about our products.

• Sales figures, conversion rates, per-product pricing details you can see in your dashboard, and any information marked confidential is confidential to INK LANE TEES and must not be shared publicly.
• You must not scrape, harvest, or resell any personal data of INK LANE TEES customers you may become aware of.
• Our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may amend these Terms, the commission rate, the cookie window, payout thresholds, approved creatives, or any other programme mechanic at any time. Material changes will be notified via the email on your account and posted at the top of this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued participation after 14 days of the notice is deemed acceptance.

• Either party may terminate this arrangement at any time, for any reason, by written notice.
• Commissions earned on valid orders before termination remain payable, subject to the review window and clauses 6 and 9.
• On termination your code is deactivated. Any future clicks will not be attributed to you.

• INK LANE TEES's aggregate liability to you arising from this programme in any 12-month period is limited to the total commission actually paid to you in that period.
• You will indemnify and hold INK LANE TEES harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your breach of these Terms, your promotional content, or your use of the code.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
