TERMS & CONDITIONS Welcome to INK LANE TEES. By placing an order on our website you agree to the terms below. 1. RETURNS Returns are accepted ONLY if (a) all tags are intact, (b) the item has not been used or worn, and (c) the original packaging is included. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery from your account dashboard. Items that fail any of the above conditions will be sent back to you at your cost. 2. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) COD is available only for orders up to ₹2000. For orders above ₹2000 we accept prepaid payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) only. Refusal of COD parcels at the door may attract a service charge on future orders. 3. SHIPPING We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days within India. Free shipping on orders above ₹5000. 4. CUSTOMIZATION Custom orders are produced to spec and are non-returnable unless the product arrives defective or significantly different from the approved proof. 5. INK COIN PROGRAMME — TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. INK COINS are a digital wallet credit issued by INK LANE TEES (operated by GRAPHFLEX). 2. Each top-up is non-refundable in cash. Coins can ONLY be redeemed at checkout on inklanetees.com. 3. Top-up tiers and bonus coins: ₹2000 → 2200 coins, ₹5000 → 5750 coins, ₹10000 → 12500 coins. Minimum top-up is ₹2000. 4. INK COINS expire 60 days from the date of top-up. Expired coins cannot be re-credited. 5. INK COINS may cover up to 50% of any order. Platinum tier members may redeem any amount up to 100% of the order. 6. INK COINS cannot be used to pay for shipping fees or COD handling charges. 7. INK COINS and discount coupons are stacked as a successive discount (the coupon is applied first, then INK COINS are deducted from the discounted total). 8. INK COINS cannot be redeemed against products marked ON SALE. 9. Misuse, fraud or chargeback may result in immediate forfeiture of the wallet balance and account suspension. 10. INK LANE TEES reserves the right to revise this programme with 30 days' notice. By topping up, you confirm you have read and accepted these terms.
